Billy Prueitt, 79, of Birchwood, TN, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the family residence.
He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his son, Stanley Eugene Prueitt; parents, Orris Prueitt and Pearl Argo Prueitt; his three brothers; and one sister.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Betty McCallie Prueitt of Birchwood; three sisters-in-law, Tommye Roark, Alice Glenn and Carolyn McCallie all of Birchwood; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at McInturf Cemetery with Reverend David Delmotte officiating.
The family will receive friends from Monday, March 30, from 6-8 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
