Malik Blackstock, 18, Shot And Killed On Windsor Street Late Tuesday Night; Julian Pasley, 19, Arrested; Blackstock Had Been Shot Last December

Malik Blackstock, 18, was shot and killed on Windsor Street late Tuesday night. Julian Pasley, 19, has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide. 

At approximately 11:45 p.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 2300 Windsor St. for a person shot.

Officers located Blackstock, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was transported by HCEMS to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Windsor Street is between Dodson Avenue and Chamberlain Avenue. 

Blackstock had been shot previously, on Dec. 17, 2014, and also arrested in August, 2014, for criminal trespassing.

Julian Pasley was arrested for aggravated robbery in January, 2014 for a armed robbery at a Kangaroo gas station on East Brainerd Road. He was also arrested in March, 2014 for violation of probation.

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423 698-2525.  The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
