Elgin Glass, 26, Shot On South Kelly Street

Elgin Glass, 26, was shot on South Kelly Street on Friday night.

 

At approximately 10:02 p.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 500 South Kelly  for a person shot.

 

Officers located Mr.

Glass suffering from a gunshot wound.

 

His injuries are non-life threatening.

 

He refused EMS transportion but was driven in a personal vehicle to a local hospital.

 

Mr. Glass advised he heard a gunshot come from an unknown direction and then noticed he had been shot.

 

There is no available suspect information at this time.

 

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423-698-2525.  The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
