Joseph Franklin Wheeler, 59, of Trenton, Georgia, died Monday morning, June 1, 2015 at his residence.
He attended Orange Grove Center. He was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Bonnie Long Wheeler; and two sisters, Betty Cates and Belva Philpot.
Survivors include his two sisters, Becky Edwards of Trenton, GA and Rose West of Flat Rock, AL; three brothers, Albert Wheeler of Trenton, GA, Lewis Wheeler of Flat Rock, AL and Ken Wheeler of Trenton; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday June 3, in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.
Family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2 and from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3 at Ryan Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
