RiverCity Company Will Proceed With Helping Market County's Mayfield Annex

  • Friday, June 12, 2015

The RiverCity Company will proceed with helping the county market its Mayfield Annex at the corner of Seventh and Walnut.

County Commission Chairman Jim Fields raised the issue of whether a licensed and bonded realtor should handle the transaction.

County Attorney Rheubin Taylor said many property owners sell property without the use of a realtor.

The Mayfield Annex includes two historic buildings - the Elks Building and the old Title Guaranty and Trust building.
