Bonefish Grill is celebrating summer with the unveiling of its newly-remodeled Chattanooga restaurant at 2115 Gunbarrel Road.
The restaurant offers a selection of wood-grilled, market fresh fish daily such as Chilean Sea Bass and Ahi Tuna as well as steak options such as the Rib-Eye and Chops with choice of signature sauce.
Officials said, "The new contemporary interior design offers a warm and elegant space that is sophisticated and inviting with a blend of earthy tones, golden hardwood accents and embellished wood flooring. The main dining room showcases an extraordinary bonefish sculpture made of stainless steel and sequined scales that glisten in the light.
Dining tables, sharing tables, booths and circular pods welcome parties of all sizes while the big-city bar, offers hand-crafted cocktails and an affordable distinct list of 30 wines by the glass offering a great match for any food pairing."
Hours of operation are:
· Monday – Thursday 4:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
· Friday –4:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
· Saturday– 11 a.m.- 11:30 p.m.
· Sunday – 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
