Warren Geddes
Warren M. “Hoghead” Geddes, 66 of Chattanooga, died on Friday, May 29, 2015 at his residence.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Anthony Geddes.
Survivors include his wife, Saron Carter-Geddes; sons, Warren M. (Towanda) Brown, Milton (Cassandra) Geddes, Kenneth Geddes, Eric (Wanda) Geddes, all of Jacksonville, FL; Warren Matthew (Karen) Geddes of Atlanta, GA, Shawn Geddes of Huntsville, AL, and Christopher Geddes of Dallas, TX; daughter, Lanisha Scaife of Nashville, TN; stepdaughter, April (Adam) Ross of Chattanooga; 34 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Carol) Geddes of Redmond, WA; sisters, Wilma Brooker and Leonette Geddes both of Jacksonville, FL, Harriet Norman, Carol “Janice” Johnson both of Atlanta, GA, and Paulette Hernandez of Raleigh, NC; brothers-in-law, Sylvanus Hudson and William (Kesha) Carter, Jr. both of Chattanooga; sister-in-law, Beverly (David) King of Marietta, GA; god-brother, Michael Collins of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Visitation is on Thursday, June 4, from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Friday, June 5, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Don Toney as the officiant and Dr. Mamie Cooper as the eulogist. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
