Earl Franklin Bowen
Earl Franklin Bowen, 48, has been arrested on burglary and theft charges in Bradley County.
A Bradley County deputy had contact with Bowen on Harrison Pike on July 6. During a search of Bowen, the deputy located a baggie of meth, pills and jewelry.
Sheriff Eric Watson said as a result of further investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, the victim identified the jewelry as part of the loss from a burglary on Rhondale Avenue.
Property crime detectives have filed charges for Bowen of aggravated burglary and felony theft. Bowen, of Rollingbrook Circle, will be in General Sessions Court on Tuesday for the burglary charges. He has a bond of $125,000.
