The United States flag at UTC’s Heritage Plaza was retired Wednesday morning to honor the service members who died during the terrorist attack at the Naval Reserve Center on July 16.
The ceremony was sponsored by the UTC Student Veterans Organization.
The flag will be permanently displayed on campus.
