Sherry Broom
Life Care Center of Red Bank has named Sherry Broom to the role of executive director.
“I came here as an interim executive director and fell in love with the team,” said Ms. Broom. “I love it here.”
Ms. Broom previously worked for more than six years as the administrator of long-term and sub-acute care at Hutcheson Medical Center in Fort Oglethorpe. She has also served in skilled nursing and rehab centers in Middle Tennessee and has a background in preschool education.
Care has always been part of Ms.
Broom’s life, however, starting during her teenage years when she helped care for a great-aunt with Alzheimer’s. Since then, she has helped care for other family members with health challenges.
Ms. Broom earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain. She currently resides in Ringgold.
