Seeking The Best Outcome For Signal Mountain's Future

  • Sunday, August 16, 2015
A proposed zoning ordinance seeks to reduce the minimum lot size required in Signal Mountain.

Many ideas may be put forth; with further thought, some of them prove to be not so great.  At the Monday night Council meeting, the vote on the second and final reading of this ordinance was tabled so that the Council could further investigate the potential ramifications, a wise decision on their part.

It is important that both the Council and the community recognize that this is not about winning and losing, but about careful consideration of facts and seeking the best outcomes for the future of the Town.
