3 Shot In 2 Separate Incidents Tuesday Night; Ronald Chubb Shot On Wilson Street

Three people were shot in two incidents Tuesday night.

At approximately 9:25 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 1700 block of Wilson Street on a report of a shooting. Police located the victim, who was suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg. The victim, 36-year-old Ronald Chubb, was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

He said he was shot by an unknown black male while walking down Wilson Street. He said the suspect fled.

He was unable to provide detailed suspect information.

At approximately 9:39 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 1000 block of South Hickory Street on another report of a shooting. Police located two victims suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. 

There is no suspect information available at this time. 

At this time, it is not believed that the two incidents were related.
