The town of Signal Mountain will conduct two open house meetings to provide information about proposed zoning ordinance changes. Under certain conditions, the changes would allow lots that are less than one-half of an acre to be created.
The meetings are scheduled for Sept. 29 from 6-8 p.m. and Oct. 12 from 4-6 p.m.
The proposed ordinance language may be found on the Town website at www.signalmountaintn.gov and is available at Town Hall.
