The 60-plus member U.S. Marine Corp Band, "The President's Own", named by and established  by Act of Congress in 1798, played at Red Bank High School Tuesday night.  This is the official band for all White House events and is oldest continuing music organization in the U.S.

The Marine Band was here by invitation of the Red Bank High School Marching  Band.

The capacity crowd of students, parents and seniors enthusiastically cheered the two-hour evening concert.  The program covered a wide range of classical, popular and patriotic music.

One highlight was a solo performance on clarinet by SSgt Patrick Morgan of Maryville, Tn. and the standing audience sang their hearts out  in a rousing finale of "America the Beautiful."
