Two properties by the Olgiati Bridge at Manufacturers Road have sold for $6.6 million.

The sales were to Arc Jtchatn001 Llc from M&S Lbh Llc. of Oak Brook, Ill.

Property at 530  Manufacturers Road sold for $2,635,476. It includes a warehouse-storage structure. It is 2.71 acres.

Property at 610 Manufacturers Road sold for $3,976,003. Buildings on this property have 79,716 square feet.
