Maria Martina Lira, 44, of Dalton, Georgia, died on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga.
Maria was born Jan. 9, 1971 in Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco Castro and Maria Del Re Fujio Oliva.
She is survived by her husband, Juan Lira; sons, Fabia Lira, Alan Lira and Brandon Lira; daughters and son-in-law, Claudia Lira, Teresita and Eddie Bretado and Tiffany Lira all of Dalton, GA; brothers, Jose Castro and Norberto Castro; sisters, Carina Castro, Eva Castro, Micaela Castro and Maria Castro; and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday Sept. 5.
