Barbara Tindell
Barbara Henry Tindell, 70, formerly of Rossville, died on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 in Orlando, Florida.
Mrs. Tindell was born in Chattanooga to the late William and Lorene Henry and had resided in Orlando for the past 43 years. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family. Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband, Sam Tindell, Sr., in 2004.
Survivors include her children, Sam Tindell, Jr., and Regina Tindell Thomason; grandchildren, Marty, Tori, Courtney, Nathan, and Alexis; great-grandchildren, Sage, Cali, Makala, and Aliza; brother, David and Ron Henry; sister, Judy Henry Burnette; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Steve Swaggerty officiating. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-8 p.m. and all day Monday at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
