Tennessee Highway Patrol Seeks Information On Fatal Hit And Run Crash In Bradley County

The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) is seeking information that may aid in the investigation of a fatal hit and run crash in Bradley County.

The preliminary information indicates the incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. last Saturday, on Interstate 75 near mile marker 24 in Bradley County. Troopers have identified the victim as Robert Arruda, 24, of McMinn County.

Troopers ask anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who may have any information about the event to contact the Tennessee Highway Patrol Chattanooga District Emergency Dispatch Communications Center at 1-800-305-2201, EXT 2.

Please request to speak with Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) Trooper John Cochran. The case number of this incident is 216000348.
