C.L. Ingle, 92, of Dalton, Georgia, died on Sunday October 23, 2016 at his home with his loving family at his bedside.
Mr. Ingle was born Jan. 6, 1924 to the late David and Pennie Chadwick Ingle; and was also preceded in death by his brothers, Claude, JW, Chester and Charlie Ingle.
He was a member of the New Life Baptist Church. He loved his Lord, his family and going fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Eula Mae Guess Ingle of the residence; daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda Faye and Dennis Cronan of Cohutta, GA, Winnell and Ricky Spence of Chatsworth, GA and Rhonda Kaye Cantrell of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Michelle Wheat, Hannah Henderson, Nathaniel Cronan, Derick Ingle, Devon Cantrell, Becky Lunsford and Joshua Spence; 13 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25.
Services to celebrate the life of Mr. C.L. Ingle will be held Wednesday Oct. 26 at 12 p.m. from the New Life Baptist Church with Brother Derrick Ingle, Brother Devon Cantrell, Brother Sam Lunsford, Brother Joshua Spence and Brother Ricky Spence officiating.
He will lie in state at the church from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Interment will follow in the United Memorial Gardens with Joshua Spence, Nathaniel Cronan, Derrick Ingle, Devon Cantrell, Jordan Lunsford and Hunter Cronan serving as pallbearers.
