The manager of the Chattanooga Billiards Club on Jordan Drive said William Gonzalez was told he is not welcome at CBC.
He said as the man left the premises those inside could hear a flower pot being smashed.
Video was being checked to see if the vandalism was caught on camera.

Mike Carter, resident of Worthington Street, said he had a Hillary Clinton sign and a second political placard taken between midnight and 3 a.m.
He said it made him "rather upset."
He said the signs were a couple of dollars each and were given to him after he made a donation to the Clinton presidential campaign.

Police spotted two vehicles going at a high rate of speed.
The driver of the car in front yelled out the window that he was being chased.
The two vehicles sped through the four-way stop at Citico and Orchard Knob without slowing down.
Police stopped the second vehicle, and the driver, Tirrell Shropshire, got out and tried to flee. However, he was caught.
Police said prior to the capture that a man at 1901 Rawlings St. was asked if he knew the driver of the chase vehicle. He said he did not.
Police said the man was 28-year-old Quentrell Shropshire, brother of the driver. He was charged with making a false report.
Tirrell Shropshire, 35, was charged with running a stop sign, reckless driving, evading arrest and driving on a suspended license.

A woman on Tocoa Circle said a man drove by her house and asked if she would like some free Krystal hamburgers.
She said it frightened her and she retreated to her house "before the subject could offer anything else."
Officers could not find anyone giving out free Krystals.
