Teresa Scissom Mosier, 52, of Whitwell, Tennessee, passed away Friday, October 7, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Scissom; grandparents, Horace & Maudie Scissom and Ethel & Laura Ruehling; nephew, Timothy Thacker; and niece, Haley Marie Whited.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Charles Mosier; children, Trevor (Danielle) Mosier, Benjamin (Jody) Mosier; grandson, Levi Mosier; mother, Nellie Scissom; sisters, Janet (Ernest) Ashburn, Sandy (Eddie) French, Susan (Donnie) Hutcheson, Amy (Barry) Whited, John Scissom and Jim (Ann) Scissom; brother-in-law, Rick (Nancy) Mosier; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jerry Massey officiating. Interment will follow in the Sardis Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 12-8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9 at the Whitwell Memorial Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
