Another lawsuit has been filed in regards to the Woodmore Elementary bus accident.

The complaint names Curtez Poole, 9, who was a student on the bus, and his parents Monique Caperton and Curtis Poole.

The defendants named are Durham School Services and Johnthony Walker.

The suit alleges Curtez has sustained "significant, disfiguring and permanent injuries, experienced pain and suffering as a result of those personal injuries, and has suffered psychological damages as a result of the crash." It says he "has incurred and will incur considerable medical and other expenses as a result of the crash."

The complaint says Curtez was forced to lie trapped and bleeding in the bus for almost two hours, surrounded by friends and classmates that were similarly injured or killed.
