A longtime school crossing guard for Belvoir Christian Academy (formerly the Lutheran School) suffered minor injuries when she was struck by a car early Friday morning.
The incident happened around 7 a.m. when it was still dark.
The crossing guard was taken to the hospital.
The driver, who stayed at the scene, was not expected to face charges.
