Peyton Douglas Spalding, 19, of 8213 Bay Berry Drive, Chattanooga arrested on charges of reckless driving and operation of red lights without permit X 2.

Anthony Nicholas Alexander, 30, of 553 Winterview Lane, Chattanooga arrested for driving while license suspended/revoked.
