Pair Charged With Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Rape

The Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted two men on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape.

Charged are Darren Lee Smith, 22, and Iver Diaz-Cruz, 19.

The indictment says the incident with a woman happened Dec. 28 and 29.

Witnesses include an East Ridge detective and an employee of 4 A's Inn on Ringgold Road.
