Julius McGowan, 40, was shot Tuesday afternoon.
Chattanooga Police responded at 3:45 p.m. to the 1400 block of Tunnel Blvd. on the report of a person with a gunshot wound. Police located McGowan suffering from two non-life threatening gunshot wounds to the leg.
The victim could not provide any suspect information. No crime scene could be located for the collection of evidence. Chattanooga Violent Crimes Investigators are following all leads in relation to this aggravated assault.
