Marquel Beech, 26, was shot on McCallie Avenue Tuesday evening.
Chattanooga Police responded 7:52 p.m. to the 2100 block of McCallie Ave. on a report of shots fired. There police located shell casings in the roadway.
Approximately one hour and 15 minutes later police were notified of a victim at a local hospital. Beech suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
He provided no suspect information. Chattanooga Police Violent Crime Investigators are following all actionable leads.
