Tami Chamberlain Selected To Serve On National Emergency Number Association Educational Advisory Board

Tami Chamberlain, Training and Quality Assurance supervisor for Hamilton County 911 Emergency Communications District, has been selected as a member of the National Emergency Number Association  Educational Advisory Board. 

Officials said, "This is a very select and prestigious group of well-known and influential national leaders in the 911 Training industry. There was only one opening in this NENA committee assignment, for which Ms. Chamberlain competed with high ranking and respected training persons nationally.  Her selection speaks volumes about her professionalism and commitment to providing the highest level of training and application of industry standards for performance at both the local and national level."    

It is the mission of the Education Advisory Board to provide educational opportunities and resources to carry NENA’s message to its members and the broader public safety community.  Some of the board’s goals include acting as an advisory body to the Executive Board as well as facilitating the development, review, production and marketing of educational offerings, books, texts, video, and other educational offerings and materials to 911 public safety professionals.
