An 18-month-old boy drowned at a swimming pool at a Fort Oglethorpe apartment complex on Sunday.
The incident involving the death of Noah Livingston Smith was at the Oglethorpe Ridge Apartments.
He was initially taken to Hutcheson Hospital, then to Children's Hospital, where he died.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Fort Oglethorpe Police Department were investigating.
