John Christopher “Chris” Rogers Butler, 47, formerly of Tennessee, died on Thursday, May 19, 2016, in Cartersville, Georgia.
Chris was an avid Tennessee Vols fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Helen Parrott Butler; and father, Jimmy Rogers Butler.
Chris is survived by his brothers, Stephen Butler and Michael Scott (Tracey) Butler; nephew, Stephen (Morgen) Butler and niece, Kayla Butler;
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 23, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
