June is nationally recognized as Homeownership Month and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area celebrated this month by hosting three homeownership dedication ceremonies on Saturday.
This was the first time in which Habitat for Humanity has had three homeowners receive their mock keys to their new homes on the same day.
With the support of Habitat of Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area and the funding received from the city of Chattanooga’s Department of Economic & Community Development, these three women have been able to achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better life for themselves and their families, said officials.
