Street Closings Announced For The Weekend

Nightfall:  Friday, from 5:30-11:59 p.m. Market Street from 10th Street to 8th Street will be closed and ML King Boulevard from Broad Street to Georgia Avenue will be closed.

Waterfront Triathlon setup:  Riverfront Parkway between Power Alley and Chestnut Street will close Saturday, at 8.

Color the Curve After Dark Run:  The right eastbound lane of Frazier Avenue from Market Street to the Walnut Street Bridge and Walnut Street from the bridge to East 3rd Street will be closed on Saturday, from 8:30 pm until 10:00 pm.

Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon:  Riverfront Parkway between Aquarium Way and Molly Lane, Chestnut Street from Aquarium Way to Riverfront Parkway, Power Alley from Aquarium Way to Riverfront Parkway, the off ramp from the Veterans Bridge to Riverfront Parkway, the Highway 27 northbound on ramp from ML King Boulevard, the Highway 27 southbound off ramp from ML King Boulevard, Highway 27 between ML King Boulevard and West 4th Street, the median lanes of Riverfront Parkway from ML King Boulevard to Molly Lane, the curb lanes of ML King Boulevard from Riverfront Parkway to Highway 27, the median lanes of Highway 27 between ML King Boulevard and Highway 153, the right westbound lane of Riverside Drive from the Boat House Restaurant to Battery Place, and the full Battery Place ramp will be closed on Sunday, from 3:30 am until 3:00 pm.

Chattanooga Market: Reggie White Boulevard will be closed from the entrance to the skate park to 19th Street on Sunday, from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Shaw Park Dedication neighborhood block party:  Kirby Avenue between South Highland Park Avenue and South Holly Street will be closed on Sunday, from 5-10 p.m.
