Mountain Creek Road May Get More Apartments

Mountain Creek Road may be getting additional apartments.

ASA Engineering is seeking rezoning of a 14.6-acre site across from Red Bank Elementary School.

The plan is to have 250 apartments and a clubhouse at the property at North Runyan Drive.

The entrance would be on Mountain Creek Road.

Plans are for three- and four-story buildings are proposed to be located on the property with a club house and leasing office fronting Mountain Creek Road.

The proposed density is approximately 17.1 dwelling units per acre.

The property owner is listed as Russell Bean co-executor.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday, July 11, at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse
