Mary Angela Grace Phillips, 45, of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, died on Wednesday, July 27, 2016.

Ms. Phillips was born and raised in Chattanooga. She graduated from East Ridge High School in 1989 and was a former employee of Geico Insurance. She was also a member of Greens Lake Road Church of Christ, the VFW and the Moose Lodge.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cecil and Mary Towery and Kelley and Grace Rich, Sr.; and aunt, Pam Demps.

Surviving are her husband of 19 years, Freddy Phillips; parents, Kelley and Pat Rich, Jr.; sister, Gretchen (Joey) Mitchell; brother, Kelley (Jessica) Rich, III; in-laws, Robert and Therese Basham; sister-in-law, Angie (Tim) Harwood; brother-in-law, Timothy James Phillips; niece, Josie; and nephews, Luke, Corey, Kai, Scott, Brian, Mick, Josh and Levi.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, at the funeral home with Minister Jim Lewis officiating.

A private burial will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
