Emerson Russell Divorce Auction Puts Over 60 Properties On Sale Block

Chattanooga businessman Emerson Russell is putting over 60 properties on the auction block as the result of a divorce.

The sale includes numerous residences in Hamilton, Walker and Catoosa counties.

Also to be auctioned will be the One Park Place office building on Lee Highway, a former bank building at 5312 Ringgold Road, a restaurant at 2929 Highway 41 in Ringgold, and a warehouse with over 35,000 square feet on E. 38th Street.

The auction will be conducted by the Henry Glascock firm on Sept. 19 and 20 at 6 p.m. at 6148 Lee Highway.

Mr. Russell was highly successful in a security firm, and he later branched out into other business endeavors.
