Katie Beth Carter, 18, Of Ringgold, Killed Monday Evening In Accident In Alabama

Katie Beth Carter, 18, of Ringgold, was killed Monday evening in a car accident in Piedmont, Al.

Ms. Carter was a 2016 graduate of Heritage High School, and was a student at Jacksonville State University and a member of the marching band.

She was killed in an accident involving an 18-wheeler.

Funeral arrangements will be announced.
