Mr. Cummings was born and raised in West Virginia. He earned his master’s degree in health care administration and his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in health care administration, from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He has worked in health care administration and management for seven years at various Life Care Centers of America facilities.
He most recently served as executive director of Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village in Old Hickory, Tennessee.

“I really enjoy working for Life Care,” said Mr. Cummings. “I am thankful for the opportunity to work for Life Care again, and the opportunity to work with such a great team that is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those who come to Life Care Center of Hixson for care and therapy.”

Mr. Cummings resides in Hixson with his wife, Mandy, and 6-month-old daughter, Emma.

Mr. Heard was born and raised in the Hixson area. He comes to Life Care Center of Hixson from Life Care Center of Red Bank in Chattanooga, where he worked as assistant director of nursing.
