Diane Reed, 67, passed away on January 29, 2017.

 She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga. Mrs. Reed was a member of the Salvation Army and a retired bookkeeper.  She graduated from Kirkman in 1968 and Chattanooga State in 2000.  She loved being with her grandchildren and family, Mrs. Reed was an avid Jimmy Buffet fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Jewell Rains and Jimmy Duke, sister; Brenda Daly.

Mrs. Reed is survived by her husband, Buddy Reed; daughters, Whitney “Robert” Roden, Lindsay “Brandon” Oglesby, Jennifer “Joe” Cross and Cindy Ingram; brothers, Larry and John Rains and Michael Duke; sisters, Sandra Lewis, Darlene Weaver and Elaine Johnson; grandchildren, Rylee and Sydnee Roden, Addison and Kinlee Cross, Christopher, Cameron, Landon and Lila Oglesby; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Jan. 31, from 12–8 p.m. at the funeral home. You may share your memories at www.turnerfamilyfuneralhome.com

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. in the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home, with Salvation Army Captain Deanne Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Missionary Ridge.
