The next court date for the alleged driver in the Lookout Mountain triple murders has been moved to next April 17.
The attorney for Jacob Allison was before Criminal Court Judge Barry Steelman on Wednesday.
Allison, who is represented by Lee Davis, is charged with three counts of murder as well as attempted murder.
His new court date is a week after the trial of Skyler Allen is set to begin.
The third defendant, Derek Morse, was convicted of three counts of murder and one of attempted murder. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Allison has been mentioned as a possible witness against one of the alleged shooters. However, he was not called to the stand against Morse.
Victims in the April 9, 2014, massacre were John "Jake" Lang, Caleb Boozer and Jon Morris. Matthew Callan was left for dead, but he survived and testified for the state.
Prosecutors say Allison was driving Morse's vehicle and that Allen and Morse got out of the vehicle and began shooting the victims at a trailer park multiple times as some of them pleaded for their lives.
