Another Person Was Robbed At Gunpoint In Downtown Chattanooga

Another person was robbed at gunpoint in downtown Chattanooga.
 
Chattanooga Police said the holdup happened last Monday morning at the parking lot of Regions Bank at 601 Market St.
 
Officers responded to a robbery from person at 9:38 a.m.

The victim said the suspect displayed a firearm and demanded her possessions.
 
The suspect fled the scene.
 
Police said the Robbery Division is actively investigating the incident.
 
A person familiar with the robbery said the victim was a lady from Knoxville who is the wife of a judge.
 
She said an armed man took her purse and cell phone. 
 
The day before, a couple was robbed at gunpoint in front of Five Guys Restaurant at the corner of Fourth and Broad.
 
The robber was soon caught.
 
The incident happened at 1:54 p.m.
