Everyone has experienced having to sit in a waiting room while visiting a doctor’s office or hospital, but a local law firm is doing its part to try to change that experience at one Chattanooga hospital. Warren & Griffin, a well-established personal injury law firm, donated a fish aquarium to Erlanger Health Systems last month to be displayed in the main waiting room at itsdowntown Chattanooga emergency room. The aquarium is home to several small fish and is decorated with stacked rocks that mirror the riverbeds of the Tennessee River.
C. Mark Warren and John Mark Griffin, both partners at the law firm, say, “We hope this new aquarium will help lift the spirits of the patients and family members that visit Erlanger Hospital, especially the children.”
The attorneys at Warren & Griffin are no strangers to serving the community where they live and work. Aside from assisting the legal needs of Chattanoogans who have been injured in car wrecks or hurt on the job, the law firm also encourages its staff members to collectively participate in community service activities such as food drives, fundraisers, and building homes for injured veterans.
