CARTA To Host Public Form On The Future Of Public Transportation For East Ridge

  • Tuesday, March 28, 2017

CARTA will host a meeting to receive public input on potential bus service in East Ridge, on Thursday, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the  East Ridge Community Center, 1517 Tombras Ave

CARTA provided bus service to East Ridge over 30 years ago, but due to limited funding, the service was discontinued.  The City of East Ridge and CARTA would like to meet with the residents of the East Ridge community regarding their needs for public transportation.

CARTA will offer free transportation service to and from the meeting for East Ridge residents only, if needed.  Please call (423) 698-9038 by Friday, March 24th to schedule.
