BASF employees in Chattanooga supported the “Dream Big: Engineering our World” event earlier this month at IMAX Theater in Chattanooga.

The event provided opportunities to hundreds of local students to meet women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields.

Ashley Thompson, BASF engineer at the Chattanooga site and recent 2017 STEP Ahead winner, spoke to the female students from local schools about career opportunities in manufacturing.
