Sandra Patterson
Sandra Faye Cartwright Coffelt Patterson, 72, of Hixson, died on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at her home.
She was born Oct. 10, 1944, in Chattanooga to the late John and Frances Cartwright.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Cleo Patterson.
She was a member of Calvary Chapel. Sandra’s career as a registered nurse included Avalon Hospice, Hospice of Chattanooga, and Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her brother, Richard (Jenny) Cartwright; children, Clinton L. Newell, Gerald (Tess) Newell, Paula (Mark) Harris, Beverly (Kelly) Newell, Mary (Randy) Westerwal, and Chris (Angela) Coffelt; grandchildren, Jeffery Newell, Emily Dye, Haley Coffelt, Trent Roeser, and John Francis Newell; great grandchildren, Lily Crittenden and Carter Crittenden; spirit sister, Marty Miller; lifetime friend, Kathy Prater; dog, JoJo.
The celebration of her life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, at Calvary Chapel with Pastor Brian Morris officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
