Middle Cross Baptist Hosts Trunk Or Treat Oct. 31

Middle Cross Baptist Church, 4009 Norcross Road, Hixson, will host a Trunk or Treat Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 6-8 p.m. in the parking lot beside the church. 

Church members will decorate their automobile trunks with fun themes and hand out treats to the little pumpkins.

The community is invited to this free and safe event.  Participants are invited to wear their costumes.

Jamichael Eddins, 24, Killed, Randall Davenport, 28, Injured In Shooting On Carousel Road; Suspect Is Arrested

Jamichael Eddins, 24, was killed, and Randall Davenport, 28, was injured in a shooting on Tuesday afternoon.   Chattanooga Police were called at 5:25 p.m. to the 1400 block of Carousel Road on reports of two people who had been shot.
