CHI Memorial Metabolic And Bariatric Care Host Open House Event

Jaime Ponce, M.D., FACS, and CHI Memorial Metabolic and Bariatric Care will host an open house from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21.  Attendees can meet Dr. Ponce and Brooke Henson, RN, CBN, bariatric surgery clinical nurse coordinator.  Information on surgical and non-surgical bariatric options will be available as well as the seminar schedule.
 
CHI Memorial Metabolic and Bariatric Care is located at 7405 Shallowford Road, Suite 160, Chattanooga, TN 37421.  For more information about this event, or to register for a seminar, call 423-899-1000.
