Jimmie Cross
Jimmie "Jim" Cross, 80, passed away at Erlanger Hospital on September 20, 2017.
He was born in Cleveland, Tn., on May 5, 1937.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Fannie Cross; sisters: Lucille Wade and Judy Standridge; and first wife, Shirley. He was widely known as an antique car restorer for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Cross; children: Sherry Swafford, Gail Mayo; three stepchildren; brother, Larry Cross and his wife Patsy, and several grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22, at Companion Funeral Home with a service following. A graveside service at Chilcutt Baptist Church Cemetery will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23.
