Kenneth Dale Faulkenberry, 71, of Ringgold, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018. A native of Calhoun, Ga., he has resided in the Ringgold area for the past 36 years, and was previously a resident of Jacksonville, Fl. Kenneth was a former employee of Textile Incorporated, where he worked for 25 years, and was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Garrett Faulkenberry; and parents, Leonard and Ola Faulkenberry.
He is survived by three step daughters, Sherry Ramsey of Jacksonville, Fl., Elizabeth “Dale” (Mike) Poston of Jacksonville, Fl. and Theresa (Terry) Jenkins of Jacksonville, Fl.; five step-grandchildren, five step great-grandchildren and one nephew.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 at Sugar Valley Church of God Cemetery, with Pastor Dewayne Shadwick officiating. There will be no visitation per Kenneth’s request.
