Funeral Is Wednesday For Former Graysville Elementary Teacher, Husband Killed In Florida Crash

The funeral will be Wednesday for a former Graysville Elementary teacher and her husband who were killed in a car crash in Homestead, Fla., on Thursday morning.

Visitation for Susan and Johnny Morris will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10-10:45 a.m. at Woodland Park Baptist Church.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m.

The couple's small silver sedan collided with a Florida Power & Light truck just before 10 a.m.

Ms. Morris taught second grade for 25 years before retiring in 2009.

The crash was near Southwest .328th Street and 137th Avenue in Homestead, which is near Miami.
