Suspects Who Tried To Rob East Ridge Pharmacy Caught In Chattanooga

Police said suspects who tried to rob a pharmacy in East Ridge on Monday morning wound up getting caught in Chattanooga.

East Ridge Police at 10:18 a.m. responded to 4335 Ringgold Road at the Rapid RX Pharmacy on a report of an attempted armed robbery.

The suspect allegedly approached the clerk and handed her a note demanding drugs. The clerk delayed and the suspect left on foot.

East Ridge Police said, "It appears that the suspect, along with accomplices, committed two other robberies in Chattanooga.The suspects were apprehended by Chattanooga Police."
